How Does The HeatSeal™ Work?

The HeatSeal™ uses a heating element strip to soften the plastic and fuse the layers into a "thermal weld." - This recreates a factory-grade, airtight seal that instantly locks out the humidity and oxygen that cause staleness.

How To Use HeatSeal™

1. Power

Turn on device by holding power button.

2. Timing Selection

select your heat level by pressing power button quickly (1–6), based on the bag’s thickness.

3. Align & Seal

Place the bag opening across the heating element. Firmly close the device to initiate the seal.

3. Hold & Release

Maintain pressure until the timer stops. For larger bags, repeat the process across the remaining sections.

How Long Does The Battery Last?

The HeatSeal™ can last anywhere from 100-300 seals between charges, depending on the setting used. It can be charged with a usb-c charger.

Insert bag and press until timer runs out, or desired seal is reached
